These terms govern your use of the JajaHelper service (the "Service" or the "Operator"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service provides an AI-powered virtual agent (chat) that is embedded on your business website and responds to visitors based on the knowledge you provide. The Service includes a dashboard for managing your knowledge base, reviewing conversations and leads, and configuring the agent's behavior.
The Service is offered with a two-month free trial that includes up to 1,000 conversations. When the trial period ends or the quota is exceeded, you may upgrade to one of the paid plans to continue using the Service.
Prices do not include VAT unless otherwise stated. The Operator may update prices with prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no prorated refund will be issued for a period already paid for, except as required by law.
You are responsible for the knowledge content you provide and for how you use the Service, and you undertake not to enter any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content. The Operator may suspend any use that violates these terms.
The Service is provided "AS IS." Because responses are generated by artificial intelligence, inaccuracies may occur, and responsibility for the agent's answers and their use lies with the user and the business owner. The Operator shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits arising from use of the Service, and in any event the Operator's liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the Service during the three months preceding the relevant event.
These terms are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
