Conversations with the agent are visible to the business owner whose website hosts the chat, for the purpose of providing and improving service. The business owner may review conversations in order to improve the responses given to their customers.
Conversations are processed using an artificial intelligence provider (OpenAI) to generate responses. Content is shared with the provider solely for the purpose of producing the agent's reply.
We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Service (such as the AI provider mentioned above) or when required to do so by law.
We recommend that you avoid entering unnecessary sensitive information in the chat — such as your national ID number, credit card details, passwords, or medical information. The chat is intended for general assistance, not for transmitting sensitive details.
